Entry Details

1. Generate Entry Form:
   • $7.00 per entry for online entry, click here to register electronically online. Please register as 'Exhibitor'.
     OR
   • $7.50 for manual entry, click here for blank entry form.
     
2. Bottle label form.
   • Click here to fill out bottle label form via computer and print hard copy
     OR
   • Click here to Print out blank bottle label form which you can manually fill out.
3. Submissions should be delivered to drop-off locations consisting of the following:
   • Entry Form (either manually filled out or as result of online registration, #1 above),
   • Payment (cash, check payable to "Alameda County Fair Association" or Printed Detail Receipt from online registration #1 above) and
   • THREE, clean, unmarked 12 oz bottles with label (#2 above) rubber banded to each bottle.
     NIP bottles (6oz-8oz) will be accepted in the strong ale, mead and barley wine categories.
     Due to the inconvenience of handling, no other bottles will be accepted.
     
   
   
   Bottles with labels, entry forms and fees may be shipped or hand-delivered to BREWMASTER only.
   
   Bottles with labels, entry forms and fees MUST BE hand-delivered to all other locations.
   
   Bottles with labels, entry forms and fees can only be delivered to Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 28.
   
   

Judging

• Final round judging at the Alameda County fairgrounds in Pleasanton.
  

Limitations

• Competition is open to all homebrewers over 21 years of age on .
• Fair Management and/or the competition organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entries not meeting the above guidelines or to consolidate classes, if warranted, due to low # of entries in a class.
